I spent 20 years of my career creating and executing complex projects. I invented the TKT (Total Knowledge Transfer) method for project implementation and use the Theory Of Constraints project planning methodology. But this book opened up my eyes and made me look at projects in a whole new fashion. It is worth reading even if you don't develop projects. It will make you think in whole new ways.





Stephen Covey's seminal work on prioritization (notice I didn't say time management) is a must read. Learning how to get away from the tyranny of the urgent and focus on what is really important is critical to success both in business and in life. I re-read this book at least once a year.

Timeless principles set down by one of the greatest advertising experts who ever lived.
